These hospitals, including Tara Hospital the renowned public sector psychiatric hospital, were subject to a meticulous evaluation process. Thero Services, armed with an adept comprehension of South African OHS legislation, international standards, and Infrastructure Unit Support Systems (IUSS) criteria, meticulously scrutinized each hospital's infrastructure. From scrutinizing general wards to optimizing storage facilities and sanitation protocols, Thero Services left no stone unturned in fortifying operational aspects to align with regulatory mandates, thereby safeguarding the welfare of both staff and patients.


Furthermore, Thero Services took charge of ensuring building and infrastructure compliance, addressing crucial facets such as adherence to building codes, structural robustness, and accessibility standards. Collaborating intimately with the Gauteng Department of Infrastructure Development (GDID), Thero Services devised tailored remedies to rectify identified infrastructural deficiencies.
