Thero Services embarked on a crucial mission to develop a comprehensive Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Framework for the National Empowerment Fund (NEF). This framework was meticulously crafted to delineate the SHE requirements and strategies imperative for the establishment, construction, maintenance, and ongoing operations across various sectors, notably:

Construction and Built Environment.
By identifying, assessing, and proposing mitigation measures for potential risks inherent in these activities, the framework aimed at fostering a culture of safety and health while safeguarding investments.
